His passion is Motorsport, using this helps drive innovation to delivery the most advanced process's of manufacture in the composite field, always looking outside the box to look for new technologies to help aid any aspect of composite manufacture to reduce, labour, costs, process's, and quality.

Marcus also feels how important it is to create opportunities for the younger generation to develop their skills, and puts a lot of effort in supporting local schools, colleges and Uni's to help students gain experience in this type of industry but give them a greater understanding of what there future may hold for them.
