Peter Quigley is a composites engineer with a long history in industrially focused Research and Development and manufacturing. His career has spanned Aerospace, Automotive and Defence sectors, with specialisms in large scale resin infusion, high volume / low cycle time manufacture, Thermoplastic composites and more recently bio-composites. He recently co/founded Athena Blue Innovation, specialising in design, manufacturing engineering and innovation support.
Peter is also a Board Member of Composites UK Trade Association, supporting the development of a skills strategy with the Composite Leadership Forum, and is active in the promotion of the emergence of a thriving bio-materials economy in the UK.
